This is why we are delighted to announce that as of today, we are able to empower hotels who want to offer their guests the option to plant a tree for every stay. In fact, each guests can be given a personalised offer to select how many trees they want to plant, where in the world the tree will be planted and we will follow up (on the hotel’s behalf), with seamless communications to each guest, before, during and well after they have left the hotel.
We know that guests are more interested in the environment than ever before. Yet, for hotels offering them the option to offset their carbon footprint, is fraught with challenges. From the point of correctly capturing the request, ensuring that the requests are recorded and are taken correctly, and following up with appropriate steps for each guest, has been prohibitive.
