UP2 is a fiercely clever solution that sits between your website and either your Channel Manager, Property Management System or Central Reservations System. Through our many integrations, and our API-first approach to connectivity, we can:

  • ‘Listen’ for reservations that come in from any channel, including Online Travel Agencies.

  • Then, based on sets of dynamic rules that are greatly controlled by you, we communicate with the booker, asking them to visit your direct channel. From there, they can customise their stay by letting you know of their preferences, buy add-ons that are specific to their stay and your hotel/destination, and choose to go on standby for upgrades to better room types.

  • In addition, we can send a message to your bookers, asking them to pre-register and pre-check-in on their mobile device. We will then automatically load all this information to your Property Management System (PMS), for removal of the need for manual registrations. It is possible to also communicate with you key-cutting partners to fully automate (and deliver) keys to your guests.

  • We have partnered with several, well respected and recognised world-scale organisations that offer tree-planting options. We help you manage the communications with your guests, and we deliver the full service of planting trees in the name of your guests!

  • We can also offer your guests Covid (and other travel related) insurance! This way they know that they can book you with confidence, which is a great help for better conversions - and to protect your revenue.
