We can help you offer your guests the option to plant one or more trees for their stay AT YOUR HOTEL.

  1. Through connectivity with your CRS, PMS, Channel Manager, or other system of record, we identify and e-mail your guests on your behalf (your content, your look and feel, your data).

  2. Guests opt to either pay a small fee, or to not have their room refreshed during one or more days of their stay. (Either or both options available for you to choose, depending on what you want to offer)

  3. We update you of the guest ‘purchase’ immediately, and optionally also update your system of record so there is no manual work involved.

  4. After guest checkout, if there are any fees you collected for upgrade 2 trees, we will invoice you for that sum.

  5. We will ensure the planting of the trees, at the location/tree planting project of your guests’ choice.

  6. We can then e-mail your guest (your content, your look and feel, your data, your message to the guest) thanking them for their contribution.


What does it cost?

Nothing. If the guest opts to pay for one or more trees to be planted (or if you only want to have this option available on your communications with them) then there is no cost to you. We can either charge the guest at the time of the booking this option, or you can charge them at checkout and then we will invoice you.

Assuming you are happy to give them the option in the first place, if the guest opts to not have their room serviced at a specific time of their stay, then you will be charged 3 pounds / 4 euros / 4 dollars (same as what the guest is charged), but of course you will benefit from the savings of not having to service that room.

If you are familiar with the UP2 software, you will know that we can send out our messages in a highly personalised manner (e.g., you can decide which guests will get which message, based on factors such as room types or rate plans booked, days of stays, lead in times etc.)

What is more, we can communicate to you at appropriate times which guest has opted to plant trees, and we can also place updates on the reservation records as needed (although there is a small interface cost associated with that).
