We are delighted to announce the arrival of upgrade2, the world's first post-sales general upgrade and booking engine, dedicated to hotels. At 9:00am on the 7th of November 2014, Cookiebite's technical team delivered a very healthy, thoroughly tested, fully functioning tool, with three modules out of the box.
- Upgrade2 Preferences - a lovely tool designed to enable guests customise their stay at your hotel
- Upgrade2 Add-Ons - gives customers the ability to buy goods and services from your hotel
- Upgrade2 Standby - allows you to sell your customers the option to join a standby for a room upgrade; they only pay if you want to give them the room, when they arrive
The fourth module for upgrade2 - the ability for hoteliers to monitor, enhance and engage like never before with their customers - is expected to be delivered by the end of the year.
